MagicJack → credit card fraud

I was one of the first magic jack customers, and was happy for many years---advising all my friends to use Magicjack. Then, when I went to renew my 5-year subscription months before it was due, they took my Chase CC info, but did not renew my subscription. In LIVE CHAT I was advised several times that their Review Deptartment was reviewing my account.
I was never able to speak to this "review department" or find out what they were reviewing---but they never renewed my subcription. HOWEVER, they did charge my Chase card for "office supplies and janitorial services". I also lost my address book, which had some irreplaceable phone numbers. PLEASE HEAD THIS WARNING.

did Chase refund the 'office supplies and janitorial services' charge ?
