W.O.W. → Anybody else down in Southeast Michigan right now?

Went out around 1:30pm. So, about 2 hours ago. Came back up for about 1 minute at 2:24pm, been out since. No internet, no phone.

Wow called me and moved my Thursday appt to Sunday. 5 mintues after getting off the phone with them, my connection came back.

As of 3:50pm, it's working again.

Been fine all day here in Warren.

I'm in Plymouth and it's been going painfully slow/cutting out for several days now. Tonight it went out completely. Called support and they had me reset the router, which worked for about 20 minutes before going out again. I'm going out for about five minutes every twenty minutes or so.

This is my last straw with WOW. It's been getting consistently worse and I've been a customer with them for several years. I'm on my fifth modem in a year because every time we have issues, they bring out a new modem. It's clearly *not* the modem.
