packet loss after outageEverything was beautiful for about 2 months. Last week there were several 1 to 3 hour outages. Since, there have been no disconnections but there is quite a bit of packet loss To my head end.

I do show an area upstream SNR problem that could certainly cause the issue you're experiencing. I've notified the area supervisor and he will work directly with the maintenance teams to get this resolved. Once I have more information I will follow up with you here. |

Everything has been good now for a few days. A line service man showed up to my home today to let me know they had done some work in the area and cleaned up some noisy areas. Call it solved... Thanks again. |

Those are way too high. IMO, that's looks like a bad or misconfigured amp within Mediacom's lines. |

A line tech called me today stated he was looking for noise on the line? I dont know if my issue is noise related?

You definatley have an amp set wrong upstream from you. Mediacom will try and say they are not seeing anyone else impacted, but anyone beyond that amp is impacted. |

Lineman called again today stating he repaird a failing amp and a bad ped. All channels are now sitting at 6dBmV. |
