CenturyLink → [CenturyTel] Can't Connect to any hiwaay.net Addresses

I am unable to connect to any hiwaay.net addresses (webmail.hiwaay.net, mail.hiwaay.net, www.hiwaay.net, etc.) This has happened before, and CenturyLink's router in Pell City, Alabama had to be rebooted to fix the problem. I am going to contact HiWAAY, but the problem is probably with CenturyLink.

Edit: Problem suddenly went away.

Edit 2: Problem is back; access to these addresses is coming and going.

Not sure if it will make you feel better but I tried from trussville Al and could not reach webmail.hiwaay.net. I did go to their main site and jump to webmail from there @ »www.hiwaay.net/

I can get there *now*, but 5 minutes from now I may not be able to. Access has been intermittent all morning. I have an important e-mail account with hiwaay, which is why I am so concerned.
