OptimumOnline → Ultra 101 speed problems Download speeds, latency

in NJ, somerset co, has anyone noticed issues on ultra 101 service???? My speed tests don't break 30-40mbit anywhere and if I run a speed test and try to ping any low ping sites, google etc my pings are in the thousands. My upload is actually faster then my download on speed tests.

If I try to download a file from a website and I try to open another webpage it takes forever to open. Downloading a file, 200MB I was getting about 2.3MB/second and I tested pings again and they were over 2000ms to many low ping sites.

Stopped my download, pings are normal.

Modem levels are all good, direct to modem same issue. Problem started around Dec31st I noticed. I've had several techs out here last month to try to address an upload issue that was never resolved, but it turns out most people have the issue with lousy upload speed per single connection thread so i've ignored it.

Anyone else in my area having issues like this? Seems to be something going on within their network.

Just tried to run several speed tests to all different servers, fastest I was able to get is 39/20. With that, came along pings in thousands again until download test stopped.

I always pulled 118/35.

Pinging google.com [167.206.145.25] with 32 bytes of data:

Got that when I was trying to download 75mb file from hp.com.
