Sagemcom de-branding, any news?

So it's been 30 days since the CRTC ruled that Bell must provide de-branded firmware for the Sagemcoms that they supplied to wholesale ISP users. Has anyone heard anything about this, ie is Bell asking for an extension or are they simply ignoring it?

Branding:

The Commission considers inappropriate any presence of Bell branding on modems and firmware used by wholesale end-users and agrees with Bell’s approach to rectify the problem. Accordingly, the Commission directs the Bell companies to remove Bell-specific branding from new wholesale end-user modem firmware/hardware within 30 days of the date of this decision.

As I read it, that is only for new modems, not new firmware for previously supplied modems. Since the functionality complaint was dismissed, it really doesn't matter anyway.
