[TV] why does it take multiple phone calls for every little thing?
I just can't believe it!
My friend just got a digital box. She phoned first to arrange it. Then she went to the store to pick it up, and the store guy hardly knew what to do, but finally after a lonnngg conversation gave her the box. Then when I helped her set it up, it took another phone call, and that person needed a long conversation to figure out what to do!
This is core service! This is Rogers' basic reason for existing, and it takes 3 people???
Same thing happened to me when I picked up my adaptor box a year ago.
It took around 4 or 5 calls to get the thing.
Good grief, no wonder their prices are so high, when it takes many people to perform simple functions.
