Need assistance from Staff for DSL.My DSL was moved to my new address on Dec 6. Just got a phone call from Electronicbox stating Bell needs to come back on Jan, 20. No notes as to why. My DSL is working perfect with speeds I am paying for? Why does Bell Technician need to come back? |

I guess they are saying now the installation was incomplete. Is there anyway to get it marked as completed as it is working great? I can't sit around all day just to have bell check a working connection. |

Wow, that's not good.
Did they say they would find out??? I'd be leery about letting someone in my house if the ISP who supposedly was sending them didn't know about it! |

No they didn't even try to find out. Just said I need to be home 12 - 9 Monday. Not too happy right now. |
