Verizon DSL → [Connectivity] Is this packet loss acceptable(5-10% at the last hop)?

These are results for latest test:

Speed is close to expected now (2.* down/.7 up) but used to be very low a week ago (0.3 down/.7 up). This is from speedtest.net from NYC to NYC server. From NYC to LA server download is much slower (about 0.9), upload is the same.

I already contacted tech support, they sent new modem but it makes no difference.

Problem was fixed by moving connection to a different piece of network equipment in Verizon CO.
