Daica3 join:2014-01-21	Daica3 Member 2014-Jan-22 12:11 am [Speed Issues] Slow speed at night [LONG BEACH, CA] This has been happening for about 1 month now and I've been calling in for some kind of answer but every call, they can't fix it over the phone so they just keep sending out technicians. Everytime the tech. comes out they can't identify any problem (the latest they can come out is 3-5 and it starts getting slow at 7PM) I don't know what to do anymore besides cancelling because I don't want to pay 45$ for internet that only works 50% of the time. What can I do dlsreports,com?

You have to be talking to the wrong people, Charter makes appointment's for 5-7 some times even 7-9 in rare cases im a sub for charter today i have four 5-7 jobs. Granted i am in Texas, But i would think it would be the same nationwide. As far as your speeds slowing down closer to 9PM and you have had multible techs come out and can not find a issue it sounds like node congestion are you on 4 or 8 ch bonding ?
