It might also be the "hungry squirrel" problem as well. They eat through the protective gel on the cables on the poles sometimes. |

Maggs - I am so sorry for the troubles you are having late night. I think the best plan would be to call technical support when it is happening. Also, our tech guys prefer if you run an rcn speed test. That way, we can look on line and see the results. You would go to ny.speedtest.rcn.net and run the test before calling in.
