Choices, choices...Do I want my ISP have some power over me (I do have alternatives), or do I want the government to have some power?
Of course the government is immune from regulatory capture, would never seek to expand their power, or use it to raise barriers for new competitors. |

"would never seek to expand their power"
Nah, they would never try and expand their powers.
"or use it to raise barriers for new competitors."
Muni networks anyone? |

By giving the FCC this power- it is in fact expanding their "powers"- Well rule making powers. Muni networks are NOT the answer. Stop trying to create a TV/Internet network based on socialism. |

"Muni networks are NOT the answer."
Are you new around here? I'm pretty sure that I've NEVER advocated closed Muni networks. |

I know my city water/sewer being socialized has led to water shortages, sewage in the streets, and those public libraries should be shut down and run by private corporations because of all the waste and fraud! /sarcasm |
