New dry loop connection question

Hi all,

I ordered a new dry loop in a house where there is already one.

The old dry loop is connected via a device with 2 thumb screws and RJ11 in a demarcation box. Two wires from a inside cable are connected to the 2 thumb screws and I am using those 2 wires inside for the DSL modem connection. This was installed 2 years ago. Same kind of set up at my other addresses where the most recent connection was installed 3 years ago.

The new dry loop was supposedly installed by Bell last week according to their work order confirmation they left, but I only see a gray box with a flip cover and 2 slots in it. There is a row of 4 orange switches in the right slot marked 'Disconnect' and apparently those can be flipped into to the right slot marked 'Connect' (if I remember those markings correctly!). That new gray box has RJ11 too.

So is that the same kind of device as I have on my old dry loop and where do I connect the wires from the inside cable?

Can anyone explain what I am looking at?

Thank you!

Apparently they installed FTTN, not legacy DSL.
How does that connect the inside wiring?

A picture of the new box will help.
