using two (02) different magicJack(s) with one Internet service

January 28, 2014
If you have one (01) computer that is hard wired to a router, this is how you 'fool' magicJack.com to NOT know there are two (02) separate magicJack devices being used at the exact same time. Doesn't matter whether they are PLUS's or not. One is connected to the computer (i.e.: that is AFTER the router), The other one is connected to the router (i.e.: BEFORE the computer). And that's it!

As long as the telephone numbers are different, more than one magicJack plus should work with both connected directly to the router. If you're using two with the same phone number, your method might not work. I tried your method with two magicJack plus's that use the same number and it didn't work.
