Pathping results

After another discussion regarding pathping, I did tests here and noticed packet loss on hops 6 and 8?
Why would this occur?
100% loss to me would suggest it shouldn't reach the destination?

Why would it? All trace route packets are discarded when the TTL ("Time To Live") flag equals zero. At that point a router may respond, or not. No response looks like packet loss, but is not always the case.

Ah,. then there isn't a concern then?

I had no idea total loss showing in pathping as such that was equivalent to an entry of asterisks in tracert when firewalls etc were configured to do it.
The behavior wasn't replicated in the trace as shown which confused me, if it had en entry of asterisks for the same IP's I would have just brushed it off and moved on and not posted at all.
