Here's a possible new hacker target

How about "smart" women's undergarments:

"Japanese lingerie manufacturer Ravijour wants women to trust their feelings when they think they've found true love. And, to help women decipher just what those true feelings are, the company's new bra unclasps whenever the wearer falls head over heels.

How does it work? Well, the bra contains what Ravijour rather grandiosely calls "true love" technology. It's actually a heart monitor built into the bra, and wirelessly connected to a smartphone app.":

Could hackers tap into the data stream for the smartphone app, so that they could make the bra unclasp by pushing a button on a device which someone could carry around with them? I suppose that anything is possible.

However, the concept ought to be good for a movie and at least one season of a cheap TV sitcom... especially if the plot is built around mistaken unclaspings.

A bunch of anime fanservice is predicated on XX-genomed clothing having a MAJOR fail at an inopportune time...

...I'll take this ANYDAY!

I don't know which is funnier, the bra or the comments here. Aha! A new kind of chastity belt, I do believe. I have to echo what DTS said.

Heart rate has some but not all o do with it. Get attacked and flea then bra falls off, major glitch was over looked.
Or go on a date with sports you are in or outdoor adventure. Off comes her bar.

Peaceful quiet candle lite dinners are now thing of the past.

So instead of just having to read their minds we have to start reading their bras too?

On this week's NSFW Show on the TWiT network, the article, and bra and you tube video was discussed shortlt after 15 min in. Very amusing stuff.
