[Speed] What are the speeds of "Economy Plus" and "Performance Starter"?

I'm currently getting something like 50/10 with Blast. With the latest price increase I'll be downgrading my service to a cheaper tier. I expect Performance is 25/4. In my December bill they list pricing for "Economy Plus" and "Performance Starter" tiers. What are their speeds?

why not gamble a call and ask if they can do something to "retain" a long time customer?

While speeds can vary by area, this FAQ page shows what they usually are for the various tiers: »Comcast High Speed Internet FAQ »What are the actual Provisioned Speeds?

So, "Economy Plus" is usually 3/768k and "Performance Starter" is usually 6/1.
