Anyone else notice that Cox's "upgraded" website won't accept payments? I think I tried ten times to log in between Xmas and now to pay the bill - couldn't even get past the login screen.Finally had to make a payment over the phone - hopefully the automated payment system doesn't ding me for ten bucks.
I have used it every month since I became a customer 3 years ago. Haven't had a problem yet.

We just use our banks free billpay system. . . the check gets sent and the bill is payed.
