"upgraded" website won't accept payments

Anyone else notice that Cox's "upgraded" website won't accept payments? I think I tried ten times to log in between Xmas and now to pay the bill - couldn't even get past the login screen.

Finally had to make a payment over the phone - hopefully the automated payment system doesn't ding me for ten bucks.

I have used it every month since I became a customer 3 years ago. Haven't had a problem yet.

Re: "upgraded" website won't accept payments

No issues for me, either. I pay online every month.

I have complained that the Internet Services page below
»ww2.cox.com/residential/internet.cox

Link at the bottom of the page does not take you to the real pricing for all tiers, it redirects you to the Promo and Special pricing only:
»ww2.cox.com/residential/special-···i_vanity

For the real prices you have to make an educated guess at the real link
»ww2.cox.com/residential/internet/prices.cox

How is it failing? Is it giving you some type of error? I have been having issues with the page timing out for inactivity and having to delete the page cookie to log back in.
