[Business] What's the issue here?I've had these results since a Comcast tech left my house. He changed the modem, drop and all fittings yet I get these results. It was fine prior to the visit. The Modem signal levels look fine. » /pingt ··· /3141941 |

your signals look alright.
You only have 2 upstream channels, 1 of which only has 2560 ksyms; what speed tier/modem do you have? did you test going directly into the modem, no router? |

Yeah, I tested directly to the modem. I have the 16/3 plan and the newer SMC gateway docsis 3 modem. |

I'm the next town over and a couple nights ago they took away my 2560KSym/sec and replaced it with a 5120KSym/sec rate. Ever since they did that work I've had packet loss. I don't know if we are on the same headend (or whatever you call it) or not. » /pingt ··· /3142167 |

Yes Pittsburgh and Antioch are on the same headend. |

There is nothing abnormal about having 1 upstream channel @ 2560 KSym/sec out of the 2 available. If you have 3 upstream channels, it's common to have 1 @ 2560 KSym/sec as well. |
