Cox → [KS] four of three upstreams are offline.

I decided to see on my gateway router of cable modem signals to check what's going on, I noticed that three upstreams are being offline, is that relate to very chill weather issue?

Have you rebooted the modem? Some hang and won't recover until rebooted.

I have rebooted the gateway router but some hang, there's one upstream is missing afterward the three upstream channels are restored backed up.

*EDIT* never mind about missing upstream channel, the whole of four upstream channels are restored right now.

Make sure the power level of the upstream channels are all below 50dBmV, or else the problem is likely to return.
