Still in the fine print. It is possible they capped powerboost though. I used to be able to get up to 100-120Mb+ when DOCSIS 3.0 modems first came out, and it seemed to last alot longer then the first 18-22MB. About 2 years ago they capped it. I have noticed similar capping, and usually around the time they offer a upgrade. What they are doing is capping the Speedboost and diverting that saved bandwidth to the speed increase IMHO.
