[General] No Internet Connection several times daily over last week
For almost a week now I've been losing Internet connection many times daily.
When I call Earthlink they state that they are experience high call volume due to system outages, check back in an hour or quick service is available on their chat system if an Internet connection is available.
I've used my phone as a hotspot a few times, and their chat is also not available with a similar message...we cannot support you now, check back in an hour.
I've been a loyal customer since Mindspring days, but the moment my current contract is up on May 1st I'm switching to Cable.
