Re: Move going to cost more? Go ahead and get your lawyers but even if you do have to pay more, it's only $10 more. Is anybody wondering why some many companies are failing? DSL is expensive to run and in the current market, providers are having to take a huge hit by charging less and reducing staff that supports the customers. All of y'all who want to go sue and have another company go down, go for it. I on the other hand would appriciate some customer service that will talk to me and some REAL tech support now and then and if they want to charge a little more for that, fine. It's a hell of a lot better than we were getting.
