Bridged mode won't change the speed you're currently getting. Those statistics are simply a reading of what your line is trained at. What the line trains at is a function of your line quality, what Frontier has you provisioned on, and what DSL Technology is being used.

What you have now is Frontier's standard for 3Mbps/384kbps. If you have 6Mbps/1Mbps, someone with access will need to change your line to match something around 6800kbps/1024kbps to get close to what you're looking for. Expect to see no more than 864kbps on the upstream unless you are moved to ADSL2.

I want to upgrade but thats along path and u and me both know my line could max out around 10mbps down and 1.5mbps up any advice?

Just work with Frontier to see if you can get the higher speeds. Your line is certainly capable of the higher speeds as-is. That's really the only option you have here as far as getting that speed higher unfortunately.
