Anon | Good little company Bay Junction is a very small ISP in San Jose. The pre-sales support was great; the guy was knowledgable and did not insult my intelligence. I had tried to get ADSL with another company and got a vague email saying I could not get it at my address. The BJT rep called Covad on my behalf to find out the full story, & determined I could get SDSL at 384Kbps. Their customer support is pretty good; sometimes you cannot get them on the phone, but they get back to you if you leave a message or email them. Service has been quite good; my DSL was down once for about a day (Pac Bell problem); BJT got them to fix it. Have had the service for about a year. |
