1 way speed issue between Mikrotik routers

Hi guys, we have recently just installed a new 50Mb dedicated connection to a hotel. We installed an RB 1200 at their location using a UBNT link and ran OSPF on the router, as though it was part of our network. So the scenario is as follows...

R1(EDGE) -- LICENCED 300Mb LINK -- R2 -- UBNT LINK -- R3(HOTEL)

Doing a bandwidth test from R3 TO R2 yields results of ~50Mb up and down
Doing bandwidth test from R2 TO R1 yields results of ~80Mb up and down
Doing a RECIEVE test on R3 from any other router on our network shows 50Mb.
But, doing a SEND test on R3 to any other router on our network, apart from R2 shows only a 5.8Mb upload??
Their is no traffic shaping on any of these routers. All MTU's are set to 1500.

Any ideas guys? Thanks.

Try using a laptop running btest.exe instead of R3. Also, verify that you have a good signal on the UBNT link. I have seen lopsided results with a link with poor CCQ.
