Verizon FiOS TV → [DVR] Export to cloud from Verizon then import to Comast

I have to knowledge of how cloud works so I'm probably asking a dumb question.
If I click on "export series to cloud" from my Verizon DVR and then switch to
Comast, will I be able to import the information onto my Comcast DVR?
