That's all pretty much to pass south of us (again). Our forecast is for 1-2" overnight tonight, and 1-3" tomorrow with frigid temps on Sunday night/Monday morning. Areas to the south of us are forecasted for 10"+ by Monday morning. I think we're dodging another bullet.

It is odd that so many of these are a narrow path thru Ohio.

I attribute it to "clean living" on my part!

We got, maybe, 2" on the ground overnight. No big deal.

I'm expecting the automated phone call from the school superintendent cancelling school for tomorrow at anytime. My daughter's teacher already assigned their 'e-day' assignment "in case they get cancelled", via email on Friday.

The next line is coming thru. Looks like where work is, is going to get a bit of ice...

I went out about noon to clean my and my daughter's drives, before they got driven on. Within about an hour mine was clear and dry due to the brief sunshine we had today. Black (asphalt), south-facing driveway, and a little sunshine, makes for a clear surface in a hurry if I get the bulk of the snow off it before it gets packed down. It was only a couple of inches, but my drive is totally clear of ice and snow, while the neighbors on either side of me still have snow on their drives. Exposing that dark surface really aids in getting all remnants of last night's snowfall off the drive.
