Click for full size

I am trying to open port 6500 tcp/udp, but it doesn't seem to open even after it put it in the router's settings.
Router: D-Link DSL-2750B Board
Software: 5.4.12.1.44

Are you actively using it when checking for port status? You have to be actively using it...Also you might disable uPnP as well if you are setting up PF.

You'll need to contact Verizon support as this is there FW and not D-Links OEM FW.

Do you mean actively using the router? I am.

Also, I can't get help with this from verizon, because apparently, port forwarding requires their "expert help", which costs extra

No, actively using the application that has been PF'd while connected to the modem?

You'll need to contact Verizon tech support and have them help you with this and make sure the configuration is correct.

Try to disable uPnP as a test if you have PF enabled...

Thats something you'll need to ask Verizon...if there is an option for this, it would be in the menu someplace...
