Which of these signal levels look good?

New service for a week and intermittent drops from off and on, third tech will be out here tomorrow. I have noticed on the cable modem several scenarios:

1. The light all go out like the thing is rebooting.
2. Up/Downstream lights are flashing yellow
3. Numerous errors in the cable modem logs "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" "SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync"
4. Status page for the modem, sometimes looks fine, other times some of the channels seem out, right not there is only one downstream channel showing the rest disappeared !

Please tell me what Power/SNR is normally so I can troubleshoot the tech tomorrow.

Is that an Arris modem?
Your S/N are excellent.

Yes, Arris. But why would downstream channels just disappear.

Could be any of a number of things...signal ingress, equipment failure, etc. Other than doing basic troubleshooting, you need a tech to resolve this problem. The challenge with things like noise or ingress is that they can be transient and difficult to track down, but you have to start with tech support and stay on them.

Did you copy and paste the columns out of order or something? I thought it went Total Octets / Correctable Octets / Uncorrectable? But you have more uncorrectables than total in all your print-outs.

Regardless, with such a high number of uncorrectables and now the fact that you're losing channels, something is definitely going wrong. There must be some serious noise on the line.

What did the 2nd tech do? They should've replaced all coax ends and probably the ground-block outside if you have one by this point.

Did you try to obtain the levels on the internal page WHILE the modem was still restarting?
