Preferred Triple Play XF (w/performance) with free upgrade to Blast for 2 years
Had to be a paying Blast subscriber to be eligible for free upgrade to Extreme which was a 10.00 increase.
If you are on a Triple Play Package (Preferred Plus, Premier, and Complete) there is not a $10 fee to upgrade from Blast 50 to Extreme 105. But since you are the Preferred (not the Preferred Plus), it is supposed to be an increase in speed from performance 25 to Blast 50.
You may want to call back to double-check on this extra $10 fee to go to Extreme 105. It may cost better to just get the Preferred Plus plan instead.
