Google → [Apps] LG G2 and TeamViewer Quick Support - **REMOTE CONTROL!**

I use TV on various Samsung devices for remote control... so when some one wanted to get an LG... I said OK as it appeared that TV had added support for ***remote control** to non Samsung devices...

When trying to use the TV QS all it does is everything but REMOTE CONTROL...

Is the LG G2 supported for REMOTE CONTROL???

NO the device is not rooted nor will it be, period.

Is there a QS module that needs to be added ? ? I am not finding it?? ?

Any one doing this on NON ROOT LG G2? ?

Or just eat the $$$ on the phone and stick to only Samsungs?? Which is fine with me.......

Yes the G2 can be used as a remote. The phone should already have the app. you should have a folder on one of your homes screens that says TOOLS. In it you should see something called Quick Remote

I think you're misunderstanding. He's not looking to use his phone as a remote control for television. I think he's referring to using TeamViewer (TV) on his LG G2 to remote into PC's

In either case, I'm not sure.
