[IL] No Modem Login

anyone know why when i try to login to my modem it says This webpage is not available, when i powercycle i can get to it but that lasts for a day then reverts back

Modem is a Netgear CG3000D-RG

and yes its mine, the modem/wifi works fine and is around the speeds i should be getting, so i know it isnt the modem

I have looked over your account and modem and you currently have the most up to date firmware. I am not seeing anything from here that would cause you to not be able to login to the GUI.

After mediacom came out to my house to do whatever the last time, mine has done this exact same thing ever since. Exact same model as yours too.

We could always exchange the modem to see if this issue persists.

I am not seeing anything from here that would cause this issue. I have even verified that you have the most up to date firmware.
