NVG510 - Voice over IP Phone

I have Uverse Max w/ VOIP phone service.

The time being sent by AT&T for caller-id is not correct. It has not adjusted for DST. Not really sure who to contact at AT&T about this because support seems to be clueless.

How old is the phone or the caller ID unit? If it's an older model then it may not adjust itself until the old DST used to be. The caller ID unit itself is not a function of VOIP, that is your equipment so no one at AT&T will know

In your case NVG510 is acting as a VOIP ATA, right? Can you find a NVG510 status web page showing its own clock or system time (on NVG589: Device/SysInfo), and what does it show?

In my case, my ancient cordless handset base unit plugs into an Obi202 ATA, and handset date/time plus the callerID timestamps both follow the ATA's clock.

The (much newer) NVG589 at least, has a Voice/CallStatistics web page showing details of the last call, including timestamp. Can you find similar web page for NVG510, and what does it show?
