VOIP Tech Chat → [Anveo] Anveo server issues?

Hi all, I'm seeing some issues with Anveo's US server and was wondering if anyone else is seeing the same. Starting yesterday about 1 out of every 7 calls is getting sent right to voicemail instead of ringing through to Asterisk. The Asterisk logs do not show any connection attempts around the time of those calls. It's continuing today but now I'm also seeing some "Got SIP response 500 "Server internal error" back from 72.9.149.69:5010" responses for outgoing calls as well. Is anyone else seeing this?

Nope - looks like a problem with Asterisk, not Anveo.

Although they would not even look into the "call goes right to voicemail" issue, they did look into the "500" errors I was getting and found a misbehaving DNS server. I haven't had any more problems since they fixed that.
