Isn't this exactly what the NSA is charged to do? I mean, if they're not spying on foreigners, then what's the (nominal) point?

CIA is the spy agency, NSA is meant to be more domestic, I think... and, CIA is a rogue agency, spying on congress (their only regulatory board) and destroying evidence that is in congress's hands... violating the much vaunted computer fraud and abuse act, impeding justice, hell-- CIA's recent actions may even qualify as treason.

When's the next civil war? Although up till now the government noticed the growing hate and started taking weapons away, making laws to further weaken its citizen in case of something bad like corruption of the nation by allowing it to use the US military on itself.
