Comcast XFINITY TV → [Apps] New to Comcast

Hello,

Last weekend we had X1 installed. I'm still getting used to the service, but I think I like it.

My question is.....is there a way to get the "internet apps" on all TVs in the house? Our main TV(where the DVR is) has the apps, but the other 2 TVs do not. The other 2 TVs do have the HD boxes. I was under the assumption that if I paid for the upgraded boxes on the 2 other TVs everything would be just like the main box.

Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.

Only the DVR boxes that have hard drives in them have the apps. The smaller, driveless boxes do not.

Thanks. I guess the door to door salesman was wrong about a few things. He also told me the DVR doesn't have a hard drive, everything is in the "cloud."

he stretched the truth to make a sale. Eventually you will be able to use cloud storage but not right now.
