That is either a head gasket, intake gasket or a crack somewhere.

Take it to a mechanic.

Depending on the value of the car, it may not be worth fixing.

It could be as easy as an oil cooler.
Try sharing some info about the vehicle for a little better advice.

what's the make of the car?

If its a 2006/07 Honda Civic by any chance, then you are in luck, the engine block has a service bulletin for cracking and it would be replace free of charge for another 2 years and unlimited miles.

Did the car recently overheat and was driven while overheated instead of being shut down/turned off and towed instead? That is a common way that head gaskets are blown or heads are cracked.

Change oil, fill coolant and trade it in.

Loosen the rad cap and run the heater full blast until you can get this repaired.
The engine will be more prone to overheating if you work it hard, but but the open cap will prevent the pressure build up that forces coolant into the engine.
