Anybody having issues after the rain friday/sat?

My signal DB went from almost a dead 0 to +5db and im having random long pings and timeouts. Cox just came out and replaced a few things on the side of the house and some compression fittings hoping to help things out but there tester shows no issues on there end.

Saturday after the rain ended i had massive packet loss and ping times and they admited a outage but since have said its resolved (im 90% better than it was at that point). just leads me to believe there is still an issue somewhere down the line. Does there equipment test from house to the node or from the node to the actual internet? Maybe its making it to the node but not from the node on as 2 of my friends, one about a mile away and one closer to 3 miles away have the exact some issue.

Upstream powers seem a little low?

Power Level:
Channel 1: 34.0 dBmV
Channel 2: 35.2 dBmV
Channel 3: 33.7 dBmV
Channel 4: 0.0 dBmV
