I see statements that European broadband is far ahead of the US all the time. I'm sure that to some extent, this is true. But I have friends in Germany that have the same horror stories of poor speed and lack of availability that we in the US have. I've found that a lot of the European 100Mb/100Mb $30/month setups are for specialized neighborhoods and aren't available nationwide. [text was edited by author 2002-04-01 15:56:22] |
