High Packet Loss while Uploading?

Hello Everyone,

Anyone know why I'm getting ~2% packet loss while uploading? This is happening on both my DSL and Cable lines.

Is this a Teksavvy issue, or is this because by connection is saturated and packets are being lost?

Can you please ping 206.248.154.170 (50 times) and Trace Route it as well?

This maybe a false alarm - when I ping from the command line everything is OK.

The high ping/latency issues maybe due to a broken pinger in pfSense ... therefore skewing the numbers when there is traffic:
