You just don't get it!

You guys are looking at this from the half empty perspective.

First off, you guys are not thinking all of the people that benefit from the raised rates. There are many at the executive level (and stock holders) that were on the brink of not making "enough" money. Can you imagine what would have happened if they fell short of "enough"? People in 3rd world countries would be suffering, drought and famine would have certainly hit their service markets, cats and dogs would be living together in harmony and the Blues would have won a Stanely Cup! The horror of it all!

Besides, you guys just need to think of all the value added services/programming they have giving you for all of that increase? Surely the cost per entertainment was a lot higher before the increases. Now surely your cost per entertainment is much less and you can spend that savings on..... wait you aren't really saving anything are you?

And more importantly, the Comcast CEO might not be able to afford that fourth summer home he needs, and he might have to settle for a 50-foot yacht instead of a 100-foot one. The horrors!

You forgot about all those poor working schmucks with their measly little 401Ks. They need the dividends those rate increases provide to fund their pensions. Comcrap's rate hikes actually go into the pockets of the common working man.
