Help with avatar, please...I've been a Team Helix member for 13+ years now. My Beagle, Missey, has always been my Avatar for DSLR. She died this afternoon, at the age of 18, and I would like to change her picture to honor her. If someone could help me with this, I would deeply appreciate it. Here is her original avatar.
I would like to remove the flag behind her, and put just a quiet, gentle (maybe green?) background. And not have her eyes blink. And have a few little jonquils in front of her, gently blowing in the Spring breeze. I've included a picture of my jonquils that I took just a few days ago.
If anyone can help with this, I would be very grateful for any assistance that you can give me. I have to honor my little girl, after being here for so many years.
Many thanks.
Jo

So sorry to hear about this Jo.. mine is estimated 17 years and quite old. I'd help but no longer have any animation software, at least any I know how to use. She had a good life and loving family! |

Missey with Jonquils |
Hang in there jopfef !!! This is what I have so far, is this close to what you were looking for? I used the stems of the flowers as portion of the background (considering it gave off a green atmosphere). I won't downsize it yet to fit avatar requirements. Think I'll make the flowers have a much more subtle movement. I think I bent them a bit too much in either direction of a simple breeze. |

Dandy, I hope your puppy lives forever! And I know you would help if you could; you've done alot of Missey avatars for me over the years, and I really appreciate it. Missey was the last of my Beagles. I lost Pie in late 2011, and now Missey is gone. |

Thank you, KM. I have kitties too; three ancient ones, who are siblings and are 24 years old this year. |

Sadly I don't have any of those avatars on this new computer.. I searched for quite awhile but love the job MD did so it worked out. |

Aww shucks I finally got back after a rather long day. I wasn't sure if the animation fits to what you envisioned so even I'm glad it worked out I can only hope that it'll help ease the pain from your loss. |

I have kitties too; three ancient ones, who are siblings and are 24 years old this year. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I so agree with KittyMom about furry ones being like family, but I go even further and feel that they are family. The silence that they leave behind with their leaving is sometimes so noisy that it's deafening. But ultimately, that silence becomes great memory. |
