VOIP Tech Chat → Is there any provider with free incoming txt with CAN DID?

I'm looking for an app or VoIP provider who has free incoming text messages with Canadian DID number. I don't mind paying for a DID monthly fee.

So far Fongo comes to mind, but is there anyone else who has free incoming texts? Anveo charges for incoming and VoIP.ms says 1 cents per message starting soon - and doesn't tell me if it's just outgoing that will be billed.
