Since installing my C1000A, I have observed my iPad and iPhone5 disconnects from the C1000A all the time... At least 3-5 times during a 30 internet session. The web pages won't load, so I have to go in the setting on my ipad or iPhone and toggle off the wifi then toggle it back on. No issues when the laptop is connected.. What's y'all's take on this?
Since the modem works fine with the lap top, more than likely it is not the modem. Do your apple devices still drop the connection when they are within close proximity to the modem (10ft)?
if Irish Shark/s link doesn't help, or this one »internethelp.centurylink ··· ess.html , try adjusting the physical location of the C1000A, it may be an antenna issue.
