Exede: Tax and Fees?

Can someone that has service through Exede directly let me know if there are taxes and fees in addition to the monthly rate. If you do let me know which plan you are on, what your monthly rate is and what the monthly taxes and fees are.

I am already aware of this: "$9.99/month equipment lease fee (or if prepaid, $199.99 for 24 months)."

If this is part of your fees let me know.
