Intermittent outages to AWS sites

Over the past two days, I've been seeing intermittent outages on traffic routing through hurricane electric on both Tek DSL and Tek Cable. This seems to primarily affect AWS sites and Amazon.com/Amazon.ca, but i've also had it affect miscellaneous other west coast destinations in San Jose area and Seattle area.

Anyone else seeing this type of intermittent hiccup? Typically lasts only about 5 minutes, as if a route flapped. Traceroutes haven't been helpful because the destinations almost always are firewalling.

I take this one back - looks like it was DNS issues primarily this time, and the hiccup yesterday was unrelated... because of... guess who! ultradns.
