It's beyond stupid so it does make sense that some level of Government was involved in granting the application.

The flowchart is flawed however, at no point do they remove the cap from the lens.

Unless I'm missing something, this will be a useless patent.
This setup can be duplicate with one of the lights pointing at 1 degree higher, which would need a new patent, or 1 millimeter closer, or a different wattage bulb .. the variables are endless.

I already have a patent on it, talk to my lawyer about licensing.
