sprint and ntelos violating the cca agreement I got this after emailing ntelos they tell me they have no plans on upgrading Roanoke va which i am in to 4g, and i emailed sprint, I thought the cca and net America was post to change that, but i don't see not change. Now I emailed both sprint and ntelos they told me the same thing, where if I go 1 hour away to another city in va they, sprint has there 2 towers, now if they can dedicate 2 towers in Stanton va than how come they cant put one in Roanoke va?
