Ebox online order 2 tiny thingsNo one knows what a Civic No. is apparently, please use something like Street address lol
When choosing a modem, it says Modele instead of Model
Also title of the page says "Formulaire Electronic box" and there's no icon
Also there's a lot of confusion between FTTN and cable plans for some reason, especially with the QC flyer |

People in Ontario know what civic no. is...
I reported a typo on the MAIN Ontario English page days ago... still there, no response.
I get the feeling that English isn't a priority... if true, that doesn't bode well for their desired expansion into Ontario. I've recommended Ebox to a few friends but they have either gone to Start or Teksavvy because of the little things. |

French people say french isnt a priority, english people say english isn't a priority... people will always complain I am organizing a few group buys and I get about 1/3 to half a people asking me what civic no. is... This is people from Ontario just repost the typo here, it'll get fixed by monday or tuesday I bet |

Quand j'ai appeler le 514 282 6933 et je fait 2 suivi du 1 pour la facturation, le message qui me disait que j'étais premier en ligne était en anglais au lieu de français. Cependant le représentant m'a bien adressé en français |

Looks good The phone bug with the wrong language is still there though. Also not sure if the order form should have the EBOX thumbnail or not in the tab but currently it doesn't have it idk if this is doable but if when in step 3 you input something in the group code field but forget to do validate/choose your name, that it reminds you when you press submit? |
